Return & Refund Policy

The selling and fulfillment of this product is powered by Buy with Prime, and therefore the return and refund policy will be processed by Amazon according to its terms and conditions. You can refer to the details here and below is a quick summary:

  • Items shipped from Amazon.com, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions. If a product type isn’t listed or doesn’t state another return timeframe, the standard 30-day return policy applies. While most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to Amazon’s, some may vary. Amazon Prime eligible listings follow the same return policies as items fulfilled by Amazon.com. For Amazon Global Store purchases, refer to their specific returns policy.   • If you have returned an item to Amazon by mistake or included something unintended, see the "Mistaken Returns" policy. If you’ve already received a refund but need to return the item, you can create a return request and will be charged if the item isn’t sent back. How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Open the order confirmation email and choose "View Order."
  2. Select "Order Details" to see the order details page.
  3. Click "Return" (this button appears only after delivery).
  4. Enter the reason for the return and confirm the estimated refund amount.
  5. Once the return is created, a return confirmation email will be sent.
  6. From the return confirmation email, choose "Print Return Label" and attach it to the package.
  7. Drop off the return at the location listed on the return label.
